Synopsis
Antoine, problematic teenager of 14 years old, spends a day with his tutor, Julian. For one last time before the latter's departure for Russia, the two "brothers" mess around in the streets of the metropolis.

Rémi St Michel acknowledges it openly: his Petit Frère was influenced by Kevin Smith's Clerks. In fact, he is particularly pleased to be presenting his film at La Semaine, as this is where Smith and his film burst onto our screens for the first time. St Michel explores familiar grounds: two guys, some time to kill, a solid friendship. But unlike many failed attempts at emulating the original offering, Petit Frère has found the magic recipe: absurd dialogues, moments of pure joy, bits of comedy, just the right amount of emotion. Kevin should be proud, his successor has arrived.
